AuthIndia serves as a bridge between Indian artisans and buyers by providing a platform for showcasing handmade and artistic products. However, we do not facilitate transactions, payments, or deliveries. All transactions happen directly between the buyer and the individual seller.

Cancellations:

• Since AuthIndia is not involved in the order or payment process, we cannot cancel any orders on behalf of buyers or sellers.
• If you wish to cancel an order, please contact the seller directly through the WhatsApp number provided on their profile.
• Sellers may have their own cancellation policies. Buyers are encouraged to clarify these before confirming any purchase.

• AuthIndia does not offer order tracking, cancellation support, or intervention in disputes between buyers and sellers.
