Q1. What is AuthIndia?

AuthIndia is an online platform that connects Indian artisans and brands with art enthusiasts, buyers, and businesses. It allows artisans to showcase their handmade products and services, and enables visitors to discover and connect with them directly.

Q2. Who can join the platform?

Any artisan, craftsperson, independent brand, or organization related to Indian arts, crafts, textiles, or heritage can join as a seller. Art lovers, buyers, and collaborators can join as visitors.

For Sellers (Artisans & Brands)

Q1. How do I register as a seller?

Go to the “Register as a Seller” section, choose your listing plan, complete your profile details, and submit it for approval.

Q2. Is there a fee to list my profile?

Yes, we have different plans for a complete seller profile listing which includes images, social links, videos, analytics, and more.

Q3. Do I need a GST number to register?

No, a GST number is not mandatory. Since AuthIndia does not process direct payments or sales, artisans without GST can still join and list their work.

Q4. What can I showcase on my profile?

You can upload images of your work, list services/products, add descriptions, YouTube videos, contact info, website/social links, and more.

Q5. Can I edit my profile later?

Yes. After approval, you can log in and update your profile, add new images, and keep your portfolio fresh.

Q6. Can I add a WhatsApp contact button?

Absolutely. You can add your WhatsApp number for buyers to contact you directly.

Q7. Can I view how many visitors saw my profile?

Yes, analytics are available to track profile views and engagement.

Q8. Can I showcase my events or workshops?

Yes, you can add events, exhibitions, or workshops as part of your profile.

For Visitors (Buyers, Enthusiasts, Businesses)

Q1. How do I contact a seller?

First, register as a visitor. After logging in, you can access contact forms, email, WhatsApp, website links, and social profiles.

Q2. Do I have to pay to browse or register?

No, browsing is free. However, to view contact information and connect with sellers, registration is required.

Q3. Can I save my favorite profiles?

Yes, you can bookmark or save profiles to revisit them anytime from your dashboard.

Q4. Can I leave a review or rating?

Yes, registered users can leave reviews and rate the profiles they’ve interacted with.

Q5. How do I stay updated on new artists or products?

Subscribe to our newsletter to get regular updates, featured artists, new listings, and more.

Q1. I forgot my password. What should I do?

Click on “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the instructions to reset it.

Q2. How long does it take for my profile to be approved?

Profile approval generally takes 24–48 hours after submission.
